Job Title: Remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent - Commission Only

Company Overview:

We are a new and upcoming insurance agency specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products. As a remote-based team, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while offering a wide range of insurance options to meet our clients' needs. We are currently expanding our team of motivated and experienced Commission Only Insurance Agents to grow our customer base and drive sales remotely.

 

Job Description:

As a Remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent, you will be an integral part of our business, responsible for prospecting, engaging, and converting potential clients into satisfied policyholders. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, giving you the opportunity to earn based on your sales performance. We provide the tools, resources, and training necessary for your success, allowing you to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.

- Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products to match their requirements.

- Effectively communicate policy features, coverage options, and premium rates to potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to offer the most relevant insurance solutions.

- Collaborate with the team to strategize sales approaches, share best practices, and achieve collective goals.

- Accurately record and maintain client information and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications: 

- Proven track record as a successful Insurance Agent, with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products.

- Possess an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license for the relevant state(s).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients remotely.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently in a remote work environment.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for prospecting and managing sales activities.

- Previous experience working in a remote sales capacity is a plus.
